Prices: The prices as stated are in Swiss Francs or in EURO, net and without deductions.

Shipping: Without special request in writing the order will be shipped via normal postal Services and according to their existing conditions.

Guaranty:
a) Damage in transit
No extern insurance from me will be in effect regarding breakage or other damage during shipping. In the event of such damage, please contact your local Post Office immediately after receipt of your order and request from them a written statement. At the same time please advise me (by Fax or e-mail) at once.

b) Discrepancies
Although only goods will be shipped after careful scrutiny, it may perhaps happen that the article sent does not correspond to what you had envisaged. In such an event please act as follows: Please advise me at once in writing, per Fax or e-mail. The shipment has to be returned within five days, costs of which are for the customer. The article(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packing.

Payment Conditions:
Within Switzerland goods can be sent upon request against invoice. Payment to take place upon receipt, net and without deductions.

Orders outside of Switzerland are met solely after prepayment. The right to return goods remains in force and the value of the item(s) will be reimbursed after receipt of goods in perfect state.
