My sincere and deep
commitment to the Borzois originates as follows:
In 1977 I had my first
Borzoi KATUSCHKA (after having had Cocker Spaniels for 30 years!) These large
Russian aristocrats with their friendly, sensible nature have had me in
their ban ever since! I am sure I shall never change breed again.
No surprise,
therefore, that my hobby activities are just about exclusively concerned
with the Borzoi.
The largest part of the items offered in THE BORZOI HOBBY SHOP are
hand-made in my own studio and nearly all are unica. Stickers
and cards are manufactured according to own designs. Even the
embroidered cloth emblem were produced follwing my designs and on my
instructions, as well as the gold-plated pin. All
the designs used (with the exception of the pin) were created especially
for me by BORIS DIODOROV, Moscow.
I shall be pleased to advise you at periodic intervals about any new
items and about especially reasonable Special Offers.

The Borzoi pictures are without exception reproductions of the originals
owned by me and have been drawn or painted by the well-known,
prizewinning Russian Artist BORIS DIODOROV, Moscow, with whom I have
been befriended for many years. The BORIS DIODOROV PORTFOLIO came into
beeing with his consent.
BORIS DIODOROV, Moscow
is a very well-known
artist and very much admired in his home country and sought after
outside Russia as a great book illustrator, Borzoi portraitist and a Borzoi owner.
